Meet your AI enrollment assistant
Ask about programs, tuition, deadlines, or financial aid — in plain English. You get clear answers with sources, and an honest “let me connect you with a counselor” when something isn't in the catalog.
Try it ↓What is this?
It's an interactive prototype of a customer-facing AI assistant for prospective students. It answers questions using the course catalog of Lakeshore Polytechnic University — a fictional sample university created just for this demo, so you can try it freely. The tuition, programs, and deadlines are made-up sample data.
In production, the same assistant plugs into a school's real CMS / content and updates as that content changes. It was built by Kevin Champlin to demonstrate the pattern enrollment teams are after: AI-powered search, chat, and conversational components embedded inside a CMS-driven digital enrollment platform.
Plain-language questions about programs, tuition, admissions, deadlines, or aid.
Responses are drawn only from the official catalog and show the sources used.
If the catalog doesn't cover it, the assistant says so and points you to a counselor — it won't guess.
